**A spouse/guest is a spouse or child who is not in an industry related occupation. A co-worker may not use the guest registration.  Spouse/Guest registration includes conference meals, lodging and the outing.  If a guest wishes to attend any educational programming, he/she must register for the full conference.

Registration Details and FAQs

What Does My Registration Include?
Your registration fee includes all conference materials and meals, outing to Tillicum Village with dinner, and on campus lodging at Seattle Pacific University for the nights of June 13, 14, and 15.

Purchasing Additional Nights of On-Campus Housing?
Seattle Pacific University cannot house anyone prior to the night of June 13.  If you arrive early, you will need to find off-campus housing for those nights.  If you need to stay the night of June 16, you can purchase that option during the registration process.  SPU cannot house anyone after the night of June 16.

Lodging Details:

Double Occupancy lodging means that you are willing to share a sleeping room with another conference attendee.  Single occupancy means you would like a sleeping room by yourself.  Whether you are single or double occupancy, you will share a bathroom with at least one other attendee.

If you register for a double occupancy room, and would like to share a room with a specific person, please send your request to clamar@cccu.org

Your lodging will include a double bed with linens and a towel.  You will need to bring a wash cloth and toiletries such as soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, lotion, etc.

What should I do if I'm bringing a spouse/guest?
If you are purchasing a spouse/guest pass, you should register using the double occupancy fee, when you purchase the spouse/guest pass please be sure to include your guest's name so that we can make you roommates.

If you are bringing a spouse/guest but do NOT want to purchase a pass for him/her, you can register using the single occupancy lodging fee but you will need to send an email to clamar@cccu.org stating that you will have a spouse/guest and what his/her name is so that we can ensure there are linens for the guest.
Note: If you do NOT purchase a spouse/guest pass they will not be able to attend the outing, attend any conference events, nor will they be able to attend any meal functions.

Registration Discounts:
CCCU member colleges and universities who register and pay for 3 full conference registrations will receive a 25% discount on all subsequent registrations up to the 6th registrant. The discounts will automatically appear in the registration process for qualified organizations (only after the 3rd person is registered and fully paid).
