With tracks for traditional and online faculty appointments, the New Faculty Workshop is designed for faculty members who have at least one year of teaching experience and who are in their first three years of teaching at a CCCU institution. The basic objectives of this workshop are to provide:

• An introduction to foundational issues in relating the Christian faith to learning.
• An introduction to course goals and outcomes assessment.
• An orientation to contemporary students.
• A conversation about balancing the demands of teaching, scholarship, and service at a Christian college or university.
