Opportunities to grow professionally can come at the cost of relocation. That can be even more complicated when spouses or even families can’t relocate right away—or might even result in a season of commuting between two cities. What factors should be considered? How can spouses successfully navigate geographic distance when employment separates? How do couples successfully navigate when one spouse quits a job to relocate in support of the other spouse? In this panel discussion, hear from colleagues who have made the choice to relocate for employment.
