All conference sessions will take place at the centrally located Westin Washington D.C. City Center (unless otherwise noted). The city center offers an abundance of shopping and restaurants. Additionally, the many museums and monuments on the National Mall are a short walk south. See local attractions here.

The cut-off date to reserve your hotel room at the discounted group rate is January 9, 2023. Room reservation requests after this date may be subject to hotel availability at the standard rate. Because of limited availability, we advise making your reservation as soon as possible.
You are not required to register for the Conference prior to reserving your room at the Westin, but we will be crosschecking the hotel rooming list against registered attendees. Room reservations could be subject to cancellation if you are not registered for the meeting by January 9, 2023. We would truly appreciate your support by booking within the CCCU block at the hotel so that we can fulfill our obligation to our hotel partner.

- We recommend that you schedule your flight to arrive at Ronald Regan Washington National Airport (DCA), located 4 miles from the Westin Washington D.C. City Center. Travel time to the hotel is approximately 15 minutes at a cost of $20 - $30 one-way by Uber/Lyft or taxi.
- Dulles International Airport (IAD) is 28 miles from the Westin Washington D.C. City Center. Travel time is approximately 40 minutes at a cost of $60 - $80 one-way by Uber/Lyft.
- Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) is 32 miles from the Westin Washington D.C. City Center. Travel time to the hotel is approximately 45 minutes at a cost of $60 - $80 one-way by Uber/Lyft.
