Great Wolf Lodge (overflow hotel)

As mentioned above, The Gaylord Texan is sold out for the nights of Jan 30 and 31. If you have not yet made your reservation at the Gaylord, we encourage you to make your reservation at Great Wolf Lodge for the full duration of your stay. If you have already made your reservation at the Gaylord but were not able to secure a room for Jan 30, we encourage you to make a reservation at Great Wolf Lodge for the first part of your stay. 

The CCCU will provide some transportation between the two properties at various intervals throughout the day, including assisting those moving from Great Wolf Lodge to the Gaylord for the second part of their stay. (Great Wolf Lodge is located across the street from the Gaylord complex, approximately 1.2 miles away).

All reservations must be guaranteed by the individual and accompanied by a first night room deposit. Each individual has up to 72 hours prior to their arrival date to cancel the individual room with a $40.00 cancellation fee per room. If the individual cancels the room within 72 hours of their arrival date, 100% of the first night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to the individual’s credit card or taken from the deposit.

*If you book online, you may notice that during the final step of the check-out process, the room rate seems too low. This reflects the adjustment of the resort fee on the back end, so the total cost will still be accurate.

The cut-off date to reserve your hotel at the discounted meeting rate is January 7, 2018. Room reservation requests after this date will be subject to hotel availability at the standard rate. Also, because of limited availability we advise making your reservation as soon as possible.

Forum registration is not required prior to reserving your room, but we will be cross-checking the hotel rooming list against registered attendees. Room reservations could be subject to cancellation if not registered for the Forum by November 30, 2017.
